1. Returns, Warranty and Refunds

1.1 Right of return

The User (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any professional activity) may request an exchange or refund by notifying info@mac-coltellerie.it within 7 days of delivery, indicating item code, quantity, and invoice/order number and date.

The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories and original packaging: if damaged or incomplete, the return will not be accepted.

1.2 Defects and non-conformities

MAC warrants its products against defects in material or manufacture, excluding defects due to improper use, incorrect maintenance, force majeure, or normal wear and tear.

Defects must be reported to info@mac-coltellerie.it indicating item code, quantity, invoice/order number and date, a description of the defect, mode of use, and at least one photo/video. MAC will evaluate the return also based on product availability, then provide (if authorized) an RMA code by e-mail; authorization does not imply recognition of the defect, which will be assessed after return. If the defect is confirmed, MAC may repair, replace, or refund the product, without resetting the current warranty period.

1.3 Return procedure

Authorized returns must be shipped at the User's expense and risk, within 7 days of the RMA code, via traceable courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) to: MAC s.r.l. - Via Fierla, 11 - 33085 Maniago (PN) - Italy. Clearly mark the RMA code on the package (shipments without an RMA code will be rejected) and declare a nominal goods value not exceeding EUR/US$ 10. The product must arrive in perfect hygienic condition.

For customers located outside the European Union, returns will be handled directly by the local shop or distributor where the purchase was made, who will manage the relevant procedure and timing.

1.4 Refund

Any refund will be deducted from the price of a new purchase within one year of notice, net of shipping costs (for orders with free shipping: €10 Italy, €20 EU, €30 rest of world) and any customs or certification costs for shipments outside the EU.

1.5 Exclusions and liability

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (e.g. engraved), perishable goods, or sealed items opened for hygiene/safety reasons, nor to purchases by legal entities, non-profit organizations, or "professionals". MAC is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from delays, failed delivery, or causes not directly attributable to MAC.
